Official summary
This Preliminary information communicates that a vehicle may be encountered with a clunk or rattle from the front of the vehicle. The dealer technician is instructed to remove the cradle brace and see if the noise is gone. If the noise is gone with the brace removed the tech is instructed to reinstall the brace and torque it to specification.
