Official summary

This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that when attempting to start vehicle "No Fob Detected" message is displayed. Technician will find the Key FOB works and the vehicle will start with the key FOB is placed in the pocket. Technician will need to replace the Key FOB with the Key FOB with Passive Entry Passive Start.
