The primary air line was incorrectly connected to the secondary air pressure gauge and the secondary air line was connected to the primary air pressure gauge. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 121, "Air Brake Systems."
