Official summary

This PI is created to inform GM dealers that some vehicles may intermittently fail to connect wireless Apple CarPlay or Android Auto after Bluetooth pairing during the first key cycle. The condition is caused by a software anomaly. Do not replace parts. Engineering is investigating the root cause; customers may continue to drive the vehicle. This PI will be updated or replaced by a TSB once a resolution is determined.
