Official summary
Some 2022-2024 F-150 vehicles may exhibit a condition where the intrusion alarm will activate without an external source. This may be due to the software in the body control module (BCM). Reprogramming or replacing the BCM may not resolve this condition. Inform customers that engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition expected by the end of Q2 2026. Inform the customer that the alarm can be disabled every time the ignition is cycled OFF. Refer to the Owner's Manual, "SETTING THE ALARM SECURITY LEVEL" (page 133).
