Official summary
Some 2021-2023 Mach-E and 2022-2024 F-150 vehicles may have customers or dealerships that wish to activate new BlueCruise features (example: Lane Change Assist). New BlueCruise features can only be activated/delivered via an over-the-air update (OTA). Inform customers that they will need to wait for the update to be pushed to their vehicle. There is no way to manually push the update. If the update fails, OTA will re-attempt an update later.
