Official summary
Some vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit a no crank/no start condition where the customer cannot start their vehicle. The vehicle may also exhibit a "No Key Detected" message displayed on the instrument panel cluster (IPC), and no key fob works in the back up slot. The remote keyless entry (RKE) functionality will work to lock/unlock the vehicle.
