Some 2021-2026 F-150 vehicles may exhibit an inoperative USB media hub with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) B1600:11 stored in the accessory protocol interface module (APIM). Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 415-00 - Information and Entertainment System > Diagnosis and Testing > pinpoint test "A USB (Universal Serial Bus) Input Concern" has been updated to improve diagnostics for this condition.
