"3rd row headrest If you have customer with issue involving the 3rd row headrest not staying up. It has been determined that the issue is with the trim carpet the headrest strap goes through, not the headrest mechanism. Please do not replace the headrest/headrest mechanism and instead refer to SOL S2423000025 for the proper rework procedure that should be done"
