Official summary
Some 2021-2024 F-150 non-Lightning vehicles may exhibit turn signal indicators on the instrument panel cluster (IPC) flashing fast when activated after running the IPC - Towbar Configuration application using the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool without any exterior turn signals being inoperative. The exterior turn signals will function normally. The IPC - Towbar Configuration application has recently been updated to correct this issue. To correct this condition, download and rerun the latest version of the IPC - Towbar Configuration application using the latest software level
