Official summary
Some customers may complain about color discrepancies (brightness differences) of the image displayed on the screen when using the 360°view monitor. As this phenomenon is not a system failure, do not make any repairs or replace any parts. Explain the cause of this occurrence to the customer as follows: The 360°view monitor is a system that provides a complete picture of the vehicle surroundings by combining the pictures captured by 4 separate cameras. These cameras are installed in the front, rear, right and left sides of the vehicle. Each camera has a color adjustment function (white balance)

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
