Customers may experience one or more of the following: Black screen on Video Routing Module (VRM)/Rear Seat Entertainment (RSE) displays. One or both of the rear screens are not working after rear display replacement.If the rear display is replaced and it does not function, confirm that the VRM software is up to date.
