Official summary
Incorrect 5.7L Engine Oil Dipstick This bulletin involves installing the correct engine oil indicator (Dipstick). The customer may notice blue smoke coming from the tail pipe after the vehicle was started. Also after performing an oil change the Dipstick may indicate the oil was low. When changing the oil and filter, service information shows 7 quarts / 6.6 liters are required. After installing 7 quarts / 6.6 liters the Dipstick may indicate the engine oil level is 1 quart / .95 liters low.
