Official summary

Rear Shock Absorber Low Speed Rattle Chuckle Noise This bulletin involves replacing both rear shock upper mounts. The rear shocks may produce a rattle chuckle noise while driving over bumps at low speed. The noise is more prevalent at higher shock temperatures.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
