Official summary
This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician on the steps to diagnose and repair vehicles that may have intermittent and hard to duplicate Rear Camera blank, distorted, or fuzzy. Also no radio, OnStar, or speech audio and the volume is unable to be adjusted from the integrated center stack or the steering wheel controls. The driver information center will show “No Audio” in Audio mode. Technician will need to inspect X275 and X225 for bent terminals, terminals backing out of the connector, or terminals contacting another terminal behind each sid
