This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that may have a blank displays, flashing displays, "Error or Update failed Messages", navigation map not loading, Bluetooth or USB concerns. Technician should inspect the USB/SD card port for a SD card or a device plug into any of the USB ports.
