This article supersedes TSB 25-2477 to update the Labor Operation Descriptions. Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit at least one of the following conditions: Poor speaker sound quality (static, pop, crackle) while using Bluetooth audio Poor outbound phone call sound quality while using Bluetooth This may be due to the APIM (accessory protocol interface module) software.
