Cummins 6.7L Air Filter Replacement DTC P0299 Customers must experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination and the vehicle must SYMPTOM: exhibit/set the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC): ● P0299-00 - Turbocharger Underboost. Customers may also comment on the following: ● Low power/acceleration or lag condition. This bulletin involves performing an Air Handling Performance Test (APT) and possibly replacing the air filter.
