Official summary
This article supersedes TSB 23-2316 to update the Service Procedure and labor operations from M-Time to AP-Time and add a limit. Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above, may exhibit an illuminated powertrain temperature warning lamp accompanied by a "Motor Coolant Over Temperature" message in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) with DTC P0A3C:94 stored in either the secondary on-board diagnostic control module B (SOBDMB) and/or the secondary on-board diagnostic control module C (SOBDMC). This may be due to the software within either the SOBDMB and/or SOBDMC.
