Official summary

A new repair procedure has been developed to address DTC P0126:00 on SKYACTIV-G 2.0/2.5L engines (non-turbo). Mazda has introduced a replacement kit of the thermostat located within the Coolant Control Valve (CCV). NOTE: It is no longer necessary to replace the CCV for this DTC.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
