Official summary
Some 2023-2024 F-150 and 2024 Bronco/Transit vehicles may exhibit Apple Carplay Bluetooth connectivity concerns. This may be due to the accessory protocol interface module (APIM) software. To correct this concern, perform a soft reset by pressing the Power and Seek Foward buttons for 5 seconds, or use the SYNC Module Reset function of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). For claiming, use causal part 14G670 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
