Harness Repair Or Replacement For No Start Or Stiff Steering This bulletin involves inspecting the wire harness and installing mastic patch. If rub through is visible replace wire harness. A small number of customers may experience a no start condition, stiff steering or a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the technician may find the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs): · U0131 - Lost Communication With Power Steering Control Module. · U0100-00 - Lost Communication With ECM/PCM. · P0512-00 - Starter Request Circuit.
