Diesel Fuel Filter Weepage in Extreme Cold Conditions This bulletin involves installing a new fuel/ water separator filter. Diesel fuel weepage from bottom of the vehicle when a cold soaked vehicle is started at temperatures of -13 F (-25 C) or below when using artic diesel fuel or a cold weather diesel fuel additive.
