Customer Satisfaction Program - Certain vehicles may have the Essential Operating and Safety Info Manual missing from the vehicle. Dealers are to place the Essential Operating and Safety Info Manual into the vehicleâ s glovebox. Because this manual can be easily placed in the glovebox by the customer, and to reduce their inconvenience, manuals will be mailed to customers of record.
