Official summary
Park Assist ECU (WK & RU) The customer may describe that if the park assist system is ON, pressing the LED button will not turn the system OFF. The customer may also experience a flicker in the graphics or chimes. If the park assist system is OFF, pressing the LED button will not turn the system ON. When this happens the park assist feature is disabled. If the issue detailed above is what you are seeing, reflash park assist module to newest software as per the latest Service Bulletin available.
