Official summary

Complaint Operating unit for window lifter at door is nonfunctional. The problem currently only occurs at the driver's door. Cause Triggered by frequently opening and leaving the front doors open or frequently driving with an open window when it is raining, which results in water entering into the operating unit (window lifter). As this is a result of customer use, the replacement of the switch will not be covered under warranty.
