Official summary
This Preliminary information communicates that a dealer may receive a replacement AC evaporator with TXV tubes that are bent. The dealer is instructed on how to inspect for bent tubes. The dealer is advised if the evaporator TXV tubes are bent that they should not attempt to adjust the tubes but instead should replace the evaporator again.
