CASE ASSEMBLY, Differential For concern of shudder/chatter/vibration from the rear axle that is more prominent during turns and customer has the following: 1) Limited Slip Differential 2) No record of rear axle oil being serviced in the last 20,000 miles 3) No apparent damage to the axle/differential case or differential case internal gears Service the rear axle oil with new and test drive to see if condition is still present. If still present follow standard diagnostic procedures and contact FCA Redacted Content for further assistance.
