The defect

International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2025 IC Bus CECB buses equipped with halogen headlights. When the high beams are activated, the low beams turn off. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

The risk

Headlight low beam failure can reduce visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.
