Official summary

A vibration/shake may be felt in the seat and/or floor at speeds above 50 mph (80 km/h) and peaking near 65 mph (105 km/h) on some vehicles. An 'after shake' condition may also exist when driving over a bump at speeds less than 45 mph (72 km/h). Install new design lh and rh engine mounts and rear axle-to-frame lateral shock absorber.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
