Official summary
Campaign bulletin announces a recall for certain 1995 lumina and monte carlo vehicles, that may have been built with a partially or fully blocked vacuum distribution block. The vacuum distribution block provides vacuum to the transmission vacuum modulator, the blockage can result in a harsh shift or slow response. To correct this condition dealers are to replace the intake manifold vacuum distribution block.*sd
