DESCRIPTION Some vehicles may experience the warning message "A 'Hybrid System Malfunction. Have the Vehicle Inspected' and DTC P2BC5:00 (OBC contactor (+) stuck ON) and/or other DTCs listed below may be stored. If this condition is present, follow the Repair Procedure below to replace the Junction Box No.2. P2BC5:00: OBC Contactor (+) system: Stuck On P2BC6:00: OBC Contactor (+) system: Stuck Off P2BCC:00: OBC Contactor (-) system: Stuck On This is caused by an issue with the contact welding of the OBC contactor contacts.
