Not applicable to vehicles built for US market. Flash: Hybrid Control Processor (HCP) / Customers must experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation SYMPTOM: the technician must find the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) has been set: ● B3A11-00 - A/C Refrigerant Expansion Valve Actuator Control Circuit Performance. Customers may experience one or more of the following: ● Low/weak 12V battery or a no start condition. ● Vehicle unable to charge while key off. This bulletin involves reprogramming the **HCP/AHCP** to the latest available software.
