Official summary
Some 2024-2025 Nautilus vehicles may exhibit an intermittent false alarm activation. This may be due to the software in the body control module (BCM). Monitor the BCM alarm event parameter identifications (PID). If ALARM_EVT_1/2/3/4 show a value of "Interior Motion Detected", reprogram the BCM using the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. For claiming, use causal 15604 and labor operations 12651D and BCM. If ALARM_EVT_1/2/3/4 does not show a value of "Interior Motion Detected", refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 419-01A > Diagnosis and Testing >
