Official summary
Some 2024-2026 Nautilus non-hybrid vehicles may exhibit a rattle or buzzing noise from under the center of the car during light throttle, low engine revolutions per minute (RPM) driving conditions, often between 30-40 mph (48-64 km/h). The noise may be more noticeable when ambient temperatures are below 40°F (4°C). Inform the customer that Ford is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected Q4 2026.
