Official summary

On certain Cybertruck vehicles, the halfshaft bolts may lose torque, which may cause a loud grinding noise if the hub and axle facespline teeth become unseated and damaged. Replace all 4 halfshaft bolts and run a Double Pedal Torque Test to confirm the hub and halfshaft facespline teeth are properly seated.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
