Official summary
Follow the next steps before replacing the PDC: 1. Perform drag test on terminal to check for spread terminals on the female side of the connector. 2. Perform inspections of pins, fuses and relays. PDC pins can be straightened, there is no need to replace PDC. 3. Test for continuity on suspect wires and relays. 4. Test for voltage drops. 5. If the problem persists, disconnect and reconnect PDC before replacing.
