Official summary
Some 2025 Explorer vehicles equipped with a 2.3L EcoBoost engine may require various repairs and/or maintenance on the fuel system. This may require removal of the high-pressure fuel injectors, high pressure fuel pump, and/or fuel tank/sender. The applicable Workshop Manual (WSM) Sections 310-00 and 303-04 have been revised to reflect updated replacement service procedure steps for these components. Some component removal steps were eliminated from the service procedures and service labor times adjusted to reflect the latest WSM updates.
