Official summary

Complaint The "Easy entry and exit feature" function deactivates itself after a brief period. (see attachment). Cause The cause is currently being investigated. Remedy 1. Update the A26/17 MBUX multimedia system (head unit) to the latest software version FUP5 Opt. (E505.4) or newer. 2. Perform a factory reset of the head unit after the update. If the issue continues: • Capture a head unit log and a Body CAN trace during the occurrence of the problem. • Submit both via a TIPS case to the Telematics team. Note: Only collect and submit the log and trace if the symptom can be reliably reproduced.
