"Unable To Refuel Vehicle Customers must experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination and the vehicle must exhibit/set the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC): ● P2450 - Fuel Tank Isolation Valve Stuck Open. Customers may also comment on one or more of the following: ● Unable to open the fuel door. ● Difficult to refuel vehicle. This bulletin involves replacing the fuel vapor valve."
