Complaint The "Easy entry and exit feature" function deactivates itself after a brief period. Cause The cause is currently being investigated. Remedy A remedy is currently not available. A software update in the seat control unit does not solve the problem. The document will be updated once the reason has been analyzed and a remedy is available.
