Official summary
Some 2020-2024 Escape and 2021-2024 Bronco Sport vehicles may exhibit a moan noise when the vehicle is driven in reverse (R) in cold weather and/or high humidity. This may be due to the suspension sensitivity of the vehicle. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to install brake pads with clips and if necessary, install the rear reinforced caliper bushings.
