Official summary
Some 2024 F-Super Duty/F-150 vehicles may exhibit a concern where the vehicle's center display screen gets stuck in a reboot loop of the Ford logo and eventually goes black. This may be due to a concern with the software on the telematics control unit module (TCU). To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to reprogram the TCU and then perform a battery disconnect to make sure the accessory protocol interface module (APIM) receives the correct date from TCU.
