Official summary
Some 2025 Explorer XLT/Police Interceptor Utility vehicles may exhibit diagnostic trouble code (DTCs) B1A01:01, B1A02:01, B1A03:01, B1A04:01, B1A05:01 and/or B1A06:01 in the audio control module (ACM). This may be due a software concern within the ACM. If any of these DTCs are identified but the vehicle does not present any radio functionality concerns, replacement or reprogramming of the ACM will not resolve this condition at this time. Engineering is currently working on a solution and a software update is expected in Q3 2024
