Official summary
2025 Explorer vehicles will exhibit inoperative rear windows when the vehicle is in the delayed accessory power mode. This is normal characteristic operation for this vehicle. The front windows will continue to operate in delayed accessory power. The Workshop Manual (WSM) and Owner's Manual are being updated to reflect this operation. Refer to WSM, Section 501-11 for a description of the delayed accessory power mode
