Official summary
Some 2024 F-150 vehicles may exhibit a pop up message stating the Owner's Manual is not available while the vehicle is in motion. A preliminary pop up message will ask if you are the passenger. After selecting Yes I Am The Passenger, the pop stating Not Available still appears in the center display screen and the Owner's Manual cannot be accessed. This may be due to the accessory protocol interface module (APIM) software. Replacement or reprogramming of the APIM will not resolve this condition.
