Official summary
Some 2023 F-150 vehicles may exhibit an intermittent condition of no audio output from some or all of the speakers. This may be due to a calibration parameter in the audio digital signal processing (DSP) module. To correct the condition, reprogram the DSP module using the latest level of the appropriate Ford diagnostic scan tool. For claiming, use causal part number 18T806 and applicable labor times from Section 10 of the Service Labor Times Standard (SLTS) Manual.
