Official summary

Complaint Static noises from speakers while driving (see video labeled example of noise). Static noise is no longer present after opening a window (slightly) or when sliding sunroof is in tilt position. Cause A total of 4 sensors are installed at the axle housings for the "Active driving noise compensation" function. The angle bracket of the sensor may come into contact with the longitudinal member of the body. As a result, unintended vibration may be transferred

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
