Voluntary Emission Recall - certain vehicles with a 1.2L engine (RPO LIH). These vehicles may have been built with an incorrect catalytic converter part that does not meet all emission system requirements. Dealers are to inspect the catalytic converter and replace if the correct part was not installed.
