Official summary
Some 2022-2023 F-150 Lightning vehicles may experience an Active Air Dam System Fault See Manual warning message in the instrument panel cluster (IPC). This IPC message should be disregarded. Engineering is currently developing software to remove this message from the vehicle, which is scheduled to be available in March 2023. Continue to follow current Workshop Manual (WSM) diagnostics for the active air dam system.
